Next Level Epoxy Inc. is a customer-focused, high-end epoxy flooring company built on quality, reliability, and clear communication. We turn plain or worn concrete into durable, easy-to-clean floors for homes and businesses across the Capital District and Hudson Valley.

Who we are

Experienced owners, an exacting standard

We were founded by experienced business owners who put quality and dependability first, and our team completes rigorous, industry-leading training on the systems we install. Co-owners Joe Armstrong and Mike McCutcheon lead the company together, pairing hands-on construction skill with real business experience. Between them they bring more than a decade of business ownership and over 15 years in the construction industry, and that shows up in every flake floor and epoxy project we deliver.

We serve homeowners and businesses across Greene County, Columbia County, the Hudson Valley, and the Capital District.

Meet Joe Armstrong

Co-Owner

Joe is a fifth-generation steward of his family's farm, and a lifetime of hands-on labor shaped how he works: a strong work ethic, honesty, and dependability you can count on. He values enduring quality over passing trends, treats the people he works with as partners, and approaches every floor as craft rather than a quick job.

Off the clock, Joe coaches wrestling at the local school, where he teaches perseverance and respect. He is family-centered, too. His wife and child are regulars on work-truck rides, evening walks, and afternoons at the park.

Meet Mike McCutcheon

Co-Owner

Mike grew up in rural Greene County, where hard work and family were at the center of everything. He learned early to do whatever it takes to finish the job, and he brings that same dependable, quality-focused mindset to every install while staying grounded in family.

When he is not on a job, Mike enjoys baseball games, home projects, and evening walks with his wife and children. Honesty, persistence, and a practical, can-do attitude are what he carries onto every floor.
